Welcome to At4All.
The WVATS At4All system is a free online service to list and find assistive technology devices and durable medical equipment in West Virginia. It is a one-stop resource where you can browse AT and DME for loan, sale, give away or demonstration.

Before looking at our web site, please take a moment to review the guidelines for accessing and using our site.

Devices listed in the system should be in working order (unless otherwise stated in the description).

WVATS is not responsible for technical support, repairs, misuse, collections, transfer arrangements, or any misrepresentation of the condition of the assistive technology, or difficulties in securing payment from buyers. WVATS is not a mediator and cannot provide assistance in such situations.

If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be involved in this process.

You are in control of the amount of personal information that you give out when setting up the giveaway or sale of devices.

It is very important that you involve the appropriate professional when choosing assistive devices (for example, an occupational therapist and/or physical therapist when choosing mobility aids such as standers, wheelchairs).

WVATS will not be liable for damage of any nature in connection with the sale or use of any device purchased or sold through the At4All system.

Items listed by you on this web site will remain posted for 90 days. You will receive an e-mail after that time to see if you wish to continue to keep them listed, make changes or delete them.

Inappropriate or misrepresented items will be deleted.

All personal information listed (email address and/or phone number) is intended for At4All use only. It is prohibited to sell or distribute this information to other source(s).

By accepting these terms, you agree to not hold WVATS accountable should you experience a problem with a transaction arising from the At4All system.
